What if I didn't receive my plan?

If you don't receive your plan within 24 hours, please check your SPAM box first, sometimes the email with the link to the plan ends up there. If you can't find it there, go to this link https://running.diet/myplan and you will be able to access your plan by entering the email that you used while purchasing the plan.

We also offer a priority delivery option where our coaches prioritize your plan creation in comparison to others. This typically takes only 1 hour. You can purchase it straight after the checkout page.

My link is not working

This is a very rare error, but sometimes it does happen for a few different reasons, including the ones related to the third-party services that we are using to provide the best experience for you. If you are experiencing this issue then please contact us via email [email protected] and we will address the issue as soon as possible.

Can I change my plan?

Yes you can. if you navigate to the account page and then click on ‘Change Plan Difficulty Level’ you will see your current running plan level and a drop down menu with selectable levels. Choose the level that you think is right for you. Afterwards you can either update it for the following week by clicking ‘Update’ or click on ‘Update and reset your plan’ which will reset your plan from week 1.

Why was my payment declined?

If your payment was declined, please check the expiration date of your card, or if you have another card please try using it too. If that does not help, contact your bank or credit card company to fix the issue.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Definitely. You can do that either through a self service portal or contact our support team at [email protected] and we'll kindly advise you on how to proceed.

How can I get a refund?

We are committed to quality service and products, but if the product you received was faulty or did not meet the description, we will offer you a refund. In such cases, please contact our customer support via email - [email protected]. within 14 days of purchase and provide detailed information regarding the issue. Please be ready to provide some form of visual proof.

Once a refund is issued, you will no longer have access to the product. All refunds are transferred to the account that initially paid for the product.

How much weight will I lose?

This totally depends on you. If you exercise and eat healthy foods, you will reach your goal guaranteed!
