How long does it take to get the plan?

Usually, it takes about 2 hours for our professional coaches and nutritionists to review the plan based on all of the information that you have provided and share it with you. My link is not working

This is a very rare error, but sometimes it could happen for a few different reasons, including the ones related to the third-party services that we are using to provide the best experience for you. If you are contacting us because of this issue, we will help you and investigate the case as soon as possible.

Can I change my plan?

No, we conduct the personalized plan only once, if you want a different or new plan you have to get in touch with us.

Why was my payment declined?

This is a very rare error; however, if your payment was declined, please check the expiration date of your card, or if you have another card please try using it too. If that does not help, contact your bank or credit card company to fix the issue.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Definitely. Please contact our support team at [email protected] and we'll kindly advise you on how to proceed. *Please note that all disputed transactions might take months until the final resolution, so we kindly ask you to wait until our customer service team will get back to you directly.

How can I get a refund?

We’ll be really sorry to see you go, but if you want to cancel your plan you can apply for a refund within 14 days. You can get a partial refund by contacting our customer support via email - [email protected]. Please provide detailed information on how the plan we have supplied to you has not met the product description on our website and attach the receipt of your payment to the email.

How much weight will I lose?

It is totally dependant on you. If you exercise and eat healthy food, then obviously the results will be more drastic.
